In reply to your message

1) We can only support Translation Services that come integrated with WPML at WPML > Translation Management > Translators.

That is correct we use Comtec who is in your list of translators (see attached imge).

2) On our system the mentioned job is not completed and I can not see any translated XLIFF file.

It sounds ot me as if your translation provider did not translate the file correctly. You can send me a copy of the file and I will take a look into it.

As I said we only uploadedone test file as Comtec had highlighted the fact there was French in the Xliff. I have a copy of teh Xliff and faw spanish MT for comparison but cannot upload here as the files types are not inages so not supported on this ticket (Xliff and Word). How can I send these to you?

3) To exclude media from your translation jobs go to WPML > Settings > Media Translation and disable "Translate media library texts with posts" - I can see you already disabled this option.

I do not wish to exclude media, I want the new pages to have copied across all images and wording and noirmally this happens. Some of the media has been copied and other bits have not but if you try to simply upload the correct media when you save the page it removes it again.

Hello Andreas,

Nina here from the translation agency working with the xliffs exported from the website.

The issue is with the xliffs provided to us for translation. They are exported from the English Keencut website but some (not all) contain French text which suggests an export issue.

When we pseudo translated an xliff and sent it back to test import back into the site, the images did not appear as described above.

Please can you advise if they can be exported again from the website and we can try again to reimport them to translate.
