I require additional assistance regarding the new page we created with Japanese content. Unfortunately, the updated content on the page is not displaying as expected.

We attempted to use the same content on the Japanese translation page, but the issue persists.

1. To ensure the quickest and most accurate support, please provide your debug information so that I can get a look at some of your configurations. You can find it in WPML > Support > click on “Debug information” link. Please check this link for more info: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

2. Please tell me more details about this issue. Do you mean that you made some changes to the original content but it's not showing in the WPML's translation editor?

3. The site requires HTTP Authentication, please share the Auth credentials so I can check.

Hi,

1. The username and password don't work for me, could you please recheck them?

2. Kindly create a full backup of the database and website then update all the WPML plugins to the latest version.

3. You mentioned that the updated content on the page is not displaying as expected, do you mean that the changes in the default language are not showing in the translation editor?
