I’m currently facing an issue with automatic translation on our website.
Whenever I send any page for translation, the job status remains “In Progress” indefinitely and never completes.

What I have already tried:
Cleared WPML cache
Used the Troubleshooting tools:
Removed ghost entries from translation tables
Cleared WPML cache
Other available cleanup options
Cleared website/server cache

Despite these steps, the issue still persists.

Additional Notes:
This happens for all pages (not a specific one)
No visible errors are shown in the UI
The translation jobs are created but never finished

Could you please help investigate what might be causing the translation jobs to get stuck and how to resolve this?

Hello again,

It seems something is blocking the delivery of translation jobs to your site. Please check your firewall rules and WordPress error logs for any related errors.

If possible, try testing with a default WordPress theme and only WPML plugins active, with all others disabled. This will help confirm whether another plugin or custom code might be causing the issue.

This will help us narrow things down and move forward faster.

I have followed your suggestions, but unfortunately, the issue still persists.

What I tested:
- Reviewed WordPress error logs — no relevant errors related to WPML or translation jobs
- Switched to a default WordPress theme
- Disabled all plugins except WPML (and its required add-ons)

Even after these steps, the problem remains the same:
- Translation jobs stay in “In Progress” and never complete.

At this point, it seems the issue may not be related to theme or plugin conflicts.

Could you please advise on the next steps or check from your side?

thanks, can you please also share with me FTP access, I would like to myself to check and confirm this also for a moment and check the debug log, if possible?

As I can see from our side, job is translated.
