[Resolved] WPML product category header string not translating

On product category are missing translations... But only on header. Content, footer all ok. Wonder why ?
WPML version updates. Cache is turned of

config.php

using tags

Thank you for contacting the support.

Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, may I ask you to fix and try the following?

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.

- Update WPML plugins to the latest versions.

Then:
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML and WooCommerce and check for the issue.
- If the problem persists, repeat the above steps with a default theme of WordPress (i.e. 2021 or 2024).

Please let us know your findings and we'll try our best to help you further on the matter.
