We noticed some weired behaviour of the WPML PTC Translation.
We have pages in multiple type of editors for eg:
1. Pages on Classic Editor with normal ACF fields where we create ACF fields using ACF UI.
2. Pages on Classic Editor with ACF Builder where we programatically create ACF fields.
3. Pages on Gutenberg Editor.
Mainly with the pages on classic editor with ACF Builder and ACF fields UI we saw this that the PTC is charging the credits again for the translated content. As in the backend of the translated pages we can see that the content exists but in the PTC panel it is showing blank, so in this case when the translated content already exists, so why it is not picking it up from the translation memory?
Also the translation memory is showing up to date at the PTC panel.

So please let us know what can be the root cause for this as it is not good that the page is translated and after sometime when we make any change to the source page and then translate it, then again it asks for the credits for multiple fields which are already translated earlier, instead it should charge only for the new update we made on the source page, not for the whole page content which is already translated earlier. It is unnecssarily usage of the credits.

I have attached some screenshots of the page for PTC panel, where the fields are coming blank, WPML versions we have and the content which already exits but not showing in the PTC panel.

If the test shows the issue again, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.
