This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're trying to translate a page or product using WPML and encounter an error where the translation editor fails to load, this might be due to an operational issue with Amazon Web Services (AWS) impacting the service.
Solution:
We recommend checking the AWS official service health status here: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status. Once AWS resolves the issue and services are back online, you should attempt to resend the content for translation. If the problem persists, it might be outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need help, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate any page or product using WPML. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
WPML tried to translate this page three times and failed. I expected to see the translation editor, but instead, I got an error message suggesting to contact WPML support.

Questions:
I updated WPML , i generated a new license key, removed and re-added the website. Still not working...
Why is WPML failing to translate the page?
How can I resolve the translation error?

Hi,

We are currently experiencing an operational issue with Amazon Web Services (AWS) that is impacting several key services. The disruption primarily affects resources hosted in the N. Virginia region, resulting in certain services being impaired or unresponsive.

You can review AWS’s official service health status here:

Our team has already engaged AWS Support and requested urgent mitigation of the issue. We are actively monitoring the situation and will continue to provide updates as they become available.

I will update this ticket as soon we get a confirmation from our Systems team about this.

Hi there.

As our Systems department has informed me, AWS is back online, and you should be able to resend the content for translation.

Sorry for the inconvenience once again.
