This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the message 'WPML’s Advanced Translation Editor is enabled but not activated. Go to WPML Translation Management Dashboard to resolve the issue.' keeps appearing, despite having all required plugins installed and settings configured.
Solution:
1. Ensure that a normal user account is created for troubleshooting purposes.
2. Add the first and last name to the user’s profile.
3. Switch from the Classic Editor to the Advanced Translation Editor to activate it properly.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi there!

In order to solve the problem, could you please try to create a normal user for me?

That way I can add name and last name to user.

I have enable the following answer as private.

Thanks!

I’ve added the user’s first and last name. Then, I switched to the Classic Editor and back to the Advanced Translation Editor. Everything is working correctly now.
