Background of the issue:
I am trying to request a quote in English using the Quotes for Woocommerce Pro plugin on my WordPress site, which has French as the default language. The issue can be seen at hidden link.

Symptoms:
When I request a quote, I receive a full French quote instead of an English one. However, the administrator receives the English version.

Questions:
Why am I receiving the quote in French instead of English?
How can I ensure that the client receives the quote in the requested language?
