Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a page using WPML, but I encountered an issue. The ATE keeps spinning when I attempt to translate. Here is the link to the page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
The ATE keeps spinning and I received an error message: 'Error: cannot retrieve job details'. Additionally, prepaid credits are assigned to the website but are not available. There is also a "service unavailable" message of the ATE server in the "error log" of WMPL.

Questions:
Why does the ATE keep spinning when I try to translate a page?
Why are the prepaid credits assigned to the website not available?
