Background of the issue:
I am trying to get the profile fields translated for our BuddyBoss app using WPML. The site is currently under development.
Symptoms:
The profile fields are visible in the string translations with their French translations set, but the translations are not applying to the app.
Now it seems like the english version is saying it's the french? Very confused.

Why are the BuddyBoss profile fields not displaying their translations in the app?

Could you please install the required theme and plugins, then try to reproduce the issue on our sandbox site here hidden link ? This will help us isolate the problem more effectively and make troubleshooting easier.
Thanks for your reply. Please only install the required theme and plugins to replicate the issue. What I mean is to create the buddyboss profile page as shown in the attached screenshot on our sandbox site. Then, we will be able to troubleshoot this further.

I'm sorry I don't understand? Why do we need a snap shot of the website? I created the staging site so you can go in and mess around to see what is causing the issue of the menu not translating.
