This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to activate the 'Translate Everything Automatically' option in the WPML Translation Dashboard despite having sufficient credits.
Solution:
We recommend following these steps if you're facing a similar issue:
1. Navigate to WPML >> Translation Dashboard.
2. Select a page, such as the Welcome (Front page), and send it for automatic translation.
3. Once the translation is completed, the option to 'Enable Translate Everything Automatically' should become available.
Please check the translation of the Front page to ensure it meets your expectations before enabling the 'Translate Everything Automatically' option.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I want to activate "Translate Everything Automatically" in the "Translation Dashboard" for my site hidden link. I have enough credits, WP_MEMORY_LIMIT is 256M, and WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT is 512M.

Symptoms:
The button to activate "Translate Everything Automatically" does not move.

Questions:
Why can't I activate "Translate Everything Automatically" despite having enough credits?
Is there a specific requirement or setting I am missing to enable this feature?

Next to the button it says: You can start using Translate Everything Automatically after sending some content for translation. We recommend that you review these translations and make sure that they are good before translating your entire site's content.

I have one page, translated to Thai and Chinese. "Translating automatically" in the editor works fine.

Hi,

Welcome to WPML support. As you are able to send the content to translations with no issues I will need to cehck to se eif there is any sort of blocking going on when it comes to connection between your website and the ATE servers.

I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

My colleague Christopher is not available today, so I’m stepping in to help you.

Thanks for providing the login details. I followed the below steps:

1. Went to WPML >> Translation Dashboard.
2. Selected the Welcome (Front page) and sent it for automatic translation.
3. Once that translation was completed, the option to Enable Translate Everything Automatically became available, as shown in the screenshot.

Please review the Front page translation. If everything looks good, you can go ahead and enable the “Translate Everything Automatically” option.

Kindly let me know the results,
Thank you
