Cannot find page

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to find the page 'Création d’une affiche' in the list of translations using WPML and the Avada theme.
Solution:
We recommended the client to check the Translation Management section by navigating to WPML > Translations > Filter. Here, they should search for 'Création' to locate the page. The direct link to this section is WPML Translation Management.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

julienc-54	Oh, Sorry, now it might be working. I can find my page, but when asking to translate it says : WPML ne peut pas envoyer certains contenus à la traduction Une partie du contenu que vous avez sélectionné pour la traduction comprend des champs encodés. Les traducteurs ne pourront pas travailler sur ce type de contenu, nous l'avons donc retiré du travail. Pour résoudre ce problème, veuillez contacter notre équipe d'assistance et décrire ce problème. Ouvrir un ticket d'assistance ==> Page has encoded fields How should I do it ?
