Background of the issue:
I am using WPML to translate my website hidden link. I have translated a few pages, such as news and FAQ pages, and I am currently translating a page for testing purposes at hidden link. My website is not linked to the WPML account (jackz-5) that I am communicating with, but to another WPML account. I want to finish translating the entire website this month because the more I use, the cheaper the translation credit becomes.

Symptoms:
I have used up a lot of new translation points quickly. There is an overcharge of 3,222 translation credits after translating a page into 6 languages. The content has already been translated once and should not be charged again.

Questions:
What should I do about the rapid consumption of translation points?
Are you looking into the issue of overcharged translation credits?
Have you reopened a new support ticket?
Please link my website to the WPML database.
Where can I view the detailed breakdown of translation credits?

Please note that each credit is only used once per translation, and you won’t be double-charged unless you’ve selected the “Overwrite translation” option when submitting for Automatic Translation.

I checked this page: hidden link and noticed that the translation was triggered three times. Did you make multiple major edits to the page?

Okay, thank you. I did not make any changes to the web page content before translating. I only checked the product images on the English page

When I tested the translation, I did not translate the product pages where I adjusted the images, but instead tested the translation of pages such as News, FAQ, and About Us.
Under normal circumstances, these pages have not been changed and should not consume any additional translation credits.

Please help me check this. Thank you. I want to finish all the translations as soon as possible.
