This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: After installing WPML and attempting to manually edit a translated blog post using the WPML editor, the client found that clicking on any text within the editor resulted in a blank white page. Solution: We verified that the Advanced Translation Editor functions correctly on the client's site. The issue was that the Advanced Translation Editor was initially disabled for the page in question. We recommend enabling the Advanced Translation Editor when you encounter this issue. If you're experiencing similar problems, ensure that the Advanced Translation Editor is activated for the specific page you are trying to edit.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I just installed WPML on our website hidden link and tested it by automatically translating a blog post. I want to manually edit the translation using the WPML editor.
Symptoms:
When I go to WordPress Admin > WPML > Translations > Edit, it opens the WPML editor, but I’m unable to manually edit the text. Clicking on any of the text opens a blank white page.
Questions:
Is it okay to use the WordPress and Elementor editors for editing translations?
Could the issue with the WPML editor not working be due to an incorrect setup on my end, or is it possibly an incompatibility with something on our site?
Could you please upload any relevant screenshots that would help illustrate the issue?
You can use the Elementor editor to manage translations, but you must select one method for translating pages and stick with it. The translations done with the advanced translation editor are not synchronized with the Elementor editor and vice versa.
Hi, Andrey! Thank you for your help! I provided the debug info and attached a screenshot of how the Advanced editor looks for me. If I click on any of the text fields, it just opens a white blank page, no text.
That's strange. I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible—to be of better help. When you log in to leave your next reply, you will find the needed fields below the comment area. The information you will enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.
I have checked your website, and the Advanced Translation Editor appears to function correctly. I opened the same page shown in the screenshot, and I can edit the fields further after selecting them. However, I needed to activate the Advanced Translation Editor for the page, as it was disabled initially. I am attaching the screenshots for your reference.
If I am missing something, could you please elaborate a little more so that I can better understand? Have a nice weekend!
Thanks for checking this! Since seeing your comment, I looked into what could be causing this on my end. Turns out, it doesn't work when I'm editing from Google Chrome, but if I open it in Safari, it works as expected.
