Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate an image in Media Translation, but the 'Save media translation' button remains disabled, preventing me from saving the changes.

Symptoms:
The 'Save media translation' button is always disabled.

Questions:
Why is the 'Save media translation' button disabled?
How can I enable the 'Save media translation' button to save my changes?
