Hello,

Could you please provide me with some details about the name of the block and which plugin is responsible for this block?

Every custom block from themes or plugins needs a proper XML configuration to be translatable with the WPML Translation Editor.

Guide:
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/make-custom-gutenberg-blocks-translatable/

We have a plugin that makes this process easier:
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multilingual-tools/

I can offer a WPML test site on which this plugin is installed, and you will only need to add the theme or plugin that is responsible for the block, and we can try to create a config.

Best regards
Andreas

As I mentioned earlier, each Custom Gutenberg Block (here "Porto Heading") needs to have a proper XML configuration to be translatable with the WPML Translation Editor.

Such a config usually relies on the HTML markup of the block, and this specific Heading Block allows for determining different HTML tags. Likely, the config for this block is incomplete, and the author would need to adjust it.

I can offer a WPML test site, on which you can install the latest version of Porto and its "Porto Theme - Functionality" plugin, so that we can replicate the issue, provide a solution, and escalate the issue to our compatilbity team. Our team will then try to reach the author in order to solve the issue.

Would it be possible for you to install the Porto Theme and its plugins on a test site that I will provide?

Edit the text directly on the translated template, like here for example:
