This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're trying to hover over an ACF image field and find that you don't get any option to change the image, and it's set to 'Translate' because you need different images for different languages.
Solution:
This issue occurs because your Flexible Content field is set to 'COPY'. In this setting, WPML will keep the same value across languages. If you want to use a different image for each language, you have two options:
1. Use WPML Media Translation to assign a different image for the other language.
2. Change the Flexible Content field setting to 'COPY ONCE' or 'Translate'.
We have tested these solutions and confirmed that they work as expected. For more detailed guidance, please check our documentation on recommended custom fields translation preferences for ACF and WPML.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly suggest checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,

this is expected because your Flexible Content field is set to COPY. In that case, WPML will keep the same value across languages.

If you want to use a different image per language, you can either use WPML Media Translation to assign a different image for the other language, or change the Flexible Content field to COPY ONCE or Translate. I just tested this on your website and it works as expected.

Please check our related documentation here:
