Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with the translation process on my site hidden link using WPML. I have attempted to cancel pending translations to fix the issue.

Symptoms:
The translation process is stuck, and there is a persistent red circle with a 1 next to the WPML icon, but no notifications or error messages are displayed.

Questions:

There's no cancel job icon/option in translation dashboard either

Thanks for your reply. Could you please navigate to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting Link > Click on Cancel in-progress automatic jobs as shown in the attached screenshot. Let me know if this fixes it.

Hello,

I've done so, and get the green "All jobs have been cancelled".

As you can see on the screenshots, the page appears as translated in translation management, but it's not.

I've made sure to clear all the caches, and I'm accessing the URL with a cache bypass query string.

Also, the number 1 in red, still appears next to the WPML icon in the top bar.

Thanks for your reply. We cancelled it earlier and the translation could be reverted. Could you resend that page for translation again?
