Background of the issue:
I am trying to test the translation capabilities of WPML on one of our websites, hidden link. I have requested the translation of a blog post into German.

Symptoms:
The translation has created a new post with the translated title but none of the content has been copied across and translated. The Translation Management Jobs list shows the translation is still 'in progress' even though I have completed it multiple times.

Questions:
How can I resolve the issue of the translation being stuck 'in progress'?
Why is the content not being copied and translated even though the title is translated?

Please let me know the results of testing in your dev site with updated plugins and minimal settings (only WPML active with a default theme).

Hi,

I have run some tests on the development environment using a manual translation. I have successfully saved each field, but the progress bar at the bottom of the screen only shows as 95% complete, see attached screenshot. How can I complete the remaining 5% and complete the translation?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your staging site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

I clicked the cog icon to adjust the settings, and switched to the old version of the Advanced Translation Editor. There, I found one string that hadn't been translated. I translated that and it went to 100%. IF there are any other pages showing this behavior, try this step and let me know if it doesn't resolve and we can look further into it.
