Background of the issue:
I offer my site in English and Japanese. There is one menu item that won't translate into Japanese. In WP dashboard > WPML > String Translation > (domain filter) Primary Menu menu , I wish to translate the menu item GOODS into グッズ. I can open the translation modal and enter the Japanese text, but there is no button to submit the change in the translation modal. The 'Translate' button in the 'Translate selected strings' box is not selectable.
