Understanding Automatic Translaitons and Credits Left

joseR-58	We had purchased the WPML Multilingual CMS plan and had tried translating the website. I believe we started out with 30,000 credits and had selected the PTC translation, unaware that it took more credits than the "Different" translation method of DeepL. I would like to know how many words and credits we have currently translated, and how many words and credits we need in order to complete the entirety of the website.

Lauren WPML Supporter since 10/2015 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/New_York (GMT-05:00)	Yes, to rule out a conflict, we recommend testing in a staging site. Deactivate all non WPML plugins and check if the issue is still happening. If it is, also switch to a default theme. If the issue is resolved in either above step, begin reactivating plugins/theme one or a few at a time until the issue returns. Then we can further troubleshoot from there. If you don't have a staging site, I can set one up for you and we can migrate a copy of your site there. You can also ask your hosting provider, as many provide this service, or use something like WP Staging to quickly set one up. Please let me know what you find.
