Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Oops, looks like the page is lost.

This is not a fault, just an accident that was not intentional.

latset version: wpml all plugins, Foxiz theme and wordpress version.

my default language is: English.

Note: the issue is created only when I trying to navigate Arabic article single page and sometimes home page as well.

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're experiencing. Following your instructions, I reviewed several Arabic articles and navigated through the homepage multiple times, but I was unable to replicate the problem. All articles and pages loaded successfully without displaying the error you mentioned.

However, such issues can sometimes arise from a corrupted permalink structure or a .htaccess file. If you encounter this problem again, could you please try resaving the permalink structure? You can do this by navigating to "Settings > Permalinks" in your dashboard and clicking "Save Changes" to see if the issue persists.

If the issue persists even after that, Please try the following steps:

- Take a full backup of the site including the database
- Remove the caches from the site and server.
- Navigate to the root directory of your site using the File Manager in your hosting control panel.
- You'll find a file name '.htaccess'. Open the file in Editor.
- Copy the contents within it and save it on your Computer
- Now, replace the htaccess rules with the default rule mentioned here: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/htaccess/#basic-wp
- Save the changes and check if you're still seeing the issue.

Let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
