I have a page built in Beaver Builder. It has a table. The table contents have all been translated into Spanish, but when we look at the page, the table contents show in English, while the rest of the page contents are in Spanish.

I have not yet been able to locate a copy of the POwerPack add on plugin. To save time, I have set up a test install. Would it be possible for you to install a copy of your PowerPack plugin there? Then I'll install Beaver Builder and we can try creating a table in a page here. If that's okay, the link to log in to the test site is:
hidden link

Let me know once it is installed and I'll continue troubleshooting there.

Okay, I uploaded and activated the plugin. I found another page that is behaving weirdly:

hidden link

There are two buttons on the page that are not translated and they do not appear as strings in the Translation Editor. It looks like it’s a normal BB button though, not something from Powerpack.

Hey,

I installed beaver builder. Could you please create a page with this table module and those buttons please?

I'm not sure if you saw my colleagues reply, but I built a test page and inserted a table. Even with WPML deactivated, I'm only seeing the header. Please log in to the test site that I set up and set up the table, as well as the button that you found not working, so that we can see the table content on the frontend. Once that is done, I'll activate WPML and try the translation editor. Thanks!

The site is on WPEngine, so it’s pretty easy for me to just deploy a copy of the whole thing to a staging site. Then we can turn any plugins on and off as needed as well as work with the actual content. Does it make more sense to do that?

We can try that, but in order for me to escalate to our compatibility team, I will need to be able to reproduce the issue on a clean install. So even if we can see the issue on staging, I'll need a clean site to send to our developers.

Lauren, I added some text content to the PowerPack Table. I also duplicated the entire KrabbeConnect site to a staging server: hidden link You’re username and password should work just fine there. We can work on it without worrying about the production website.

Where did you add text content to the table? I'm still not seeing anything on the frontend at hidden link. Did you create it somewhere else? let me know and I"ll be happy to check. Thanks.

It’s on that page. Sorry, I forgot that Beaver Builder has its own stupid cache that needs cleared sometimes. When I started trouble shooting the production site, I had cleared it several times before contacting you, so that in and of itself isn’t the issue.

But you should see the content now.

I have updated this issue to our compatibility team and I will update here once I have more information.

Just an update to let you know that we are reaching out to the author. In the meantime, the workaround is to use manual translation to transalte the table content:
