can't find a string in string translation even after I scan plugins and themes

Abdullah	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate a string from the home page using WPML. I scanned all related plugins and themes to find the string. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link Symptoms: I can't find the string anywhere even after scanning plugins and themes. Questions: Why can't I find the string in string translation after scanning plugins and themes? Is there a specific step I am missing in the translation process?
