[Resolved] DeepL Automatic engine is not appearing in the list

Solution: We requested temporary access to the client's site to investigate the issue. After reviewing the settings and configurations, the issue was resolved during a live chat session. Background of the issue:
I am trying to use DeepL to perform a full translation of the website in French. Unfortunately, DeepL is not in the list of available translation engines. The issue can be seen at: hidden link
Symptoms:
DeepL Automatic engine is not appearing in the list of translation options. I only get 2 options: Google Translator and WPML AI Translator.
Questions:
Why is DeepL not appearing in the list of translation engines?
How can I enable DeepL as an automatic translator engine?

Our Debugging Procedures
I will thoroughly review various settings in the backend to determine if the issue can be resolved. While I will not make changes that affect the live site, it is still advisable to back up the site before granting us access. Should further debugging be necessary, I will create a duplicate and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid any impact on the live site.

I can add that I made a staging copy of the same site and I had the DeepL option there.
