I’m reaching out because we’re experiencing difficulties translating the Supreme Mega Menu plugin with WPML. Some parts of the plugin translate correctly, but a number of texts do not.
We’ve already tried detecting untranslated strings and rescanning the plugin, but the text inside the menu items still cannot be translated.
Could you advise us on how to properly translate these menu-item texts, or let us know if there’s a specific workflow or compatibility setting we should follow?

To fix the translation issue, we need to identify the raw shortcode structure that Divi uses for this module. Divi normally hides its shortcode format, so WPML cannot learn how to translate it unless we expose it.
What you need to do:
1. Create a temporary test page in WordPress.
* Use Divi Builder.
* Add only the module/element that is causing the translation issue.
2. Temporarily disable the Divi theme.
* Switch to any default theme (Twenty Twenty-Five, etc.).
3. Visit the test page on the frontend.
* Without Divi, the page will display the raw shortcodes instead of the visual builder.
* This is what we need to inspect.
