Our last ticket was closed but the issue is not resolved. We still don't have a Floating language switcher and our clients still cannot translate the website.
If you already checked this with the theme author and confirmed it is fixed from their side, I can continue investigating what else might be causing the issue.
Please make a backup of the website before we continue, as I may need to temporarily disable plugins/themes during testing. Also, please share administrator access details.
The theme author confirmed that it is fixed from their side, you can continue investigating what else might be causing the issue because now the language switcher is on the footer and we want it to be floating bar.
We try to keep one issue per ticket to avoid confusion, so regarding the problem with editing automatic translations shown in the screenshots, please let us first finish the current issue, or alternatively open a new ticket for that specific problem.
As for the floating language switcher, did you follow and implement it exactly as described in our documentation?
At the moment I cannot confirm the implementation from my side because,I do not have FTP or file access, and editing files through third-party plugins is not considered safe.
Please try to implement it according to our documentation, and if it still does not work, provide FTP access so I can verify the code directly and help you further.
