This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to find WPforms in the WPML translation management to translate them.
Solution:
1. Ensure to back up your site for safety.
2. Navigate to WPML >> Support >> Troubleshooting page and perform the following actions:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Fix post type assignment for translations
- Set language information
3. If the problem persists, open the default language form in Edit mode and press the Save button.
4. Clear all types of site/server/CDN cache.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem still persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my WPforms using WPML, but I couldn't find them in the translation management. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
My WPforms are not showing in the translation management, and I can't translate them.

Questions:
Why are my WPforms not appearing in the translation management?
How can I translate my WPforms using WPML?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Could you please try to follow the below steps and see if this resolves the issue:

1. Take a backup of your site first for safety reasons.

2. Please go to WPML >> Support >> Troubleshooting page and press the below buttons:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Fix post type assignment for translations
- Set language information and see if this resolves the issue.

3. If the issue persists, please open the default language form in Edit mode and press the Save button.

4. Clear all sorts of site/server/CDN cache and see if this resolves the issue.

Thanks for trying the above steps. To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

✙ I would need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

Sorry for the delay, I was off during the weekend (Friday-Saturday) and thanks for providing the login details. I opened each form in Edit mode and just pressed the Save button and now they are visible on WPML >> Translation Management page as you can see in the attached screenshot. Could you please check and confirm?
