Background of the issue:
I started the auto-translation using the Pay-as-you-go option to add a new translation to the website. Previously, this method worked well, translating the entire site with 150,000 - 200,000 credits. This time, I paused the translation after noticing high credit usage with minimal translation progress.

Symptoms:
The auto-translation process is consuming credits without translating the expected number of pages. Despite using 215,285 credits, fewer than 20 products were translated, and the costs have reached €108.11.

Questions:
Why are the credits being consumed without translating the expected number of pages?
How can I ensure that the auto-translation works correctly and efficiently as before?

Thanks for contacting us.

You can always check the Automatic Translation usage in WPML > Translation Management > Translation Tools > Automatic translation usage reports > Generate report. You'll see how many credits are used to translate pages/templates/products there.

If you're still concerned and would like me to take another look at it. Please let me know.

Furthermore, if you think you do not need to "automatically" translate certain parts of the Website, you can turn off "automatic" translation for certain post types in WPML > Settings > Post Type Translation.

Let me know how it goes.

I have created the report, and I can see that many products were translated into Dutch. A key indicator is the number of products—711 products were translated, but in the admin panel, I see that only 36 are translated. Can you help me figure out what might be the issue?
