Hi. I changed my Main Language from English to Estonian and my site URL-s changed and google robots are trying to reach the old URL-s and I can't get my pages indexed. Only Woocommerce is indexed. How can I introduce the new URL-s to google robots?

From SEO standpoint, it is generally not advisable to change the URL, especially if you are using language in directory setup.
If you have a SEO plugin - some of them have the ability to redirect the traffic appropriately via redirects and will generate the proper sitemap that you can manually submit, but this will take a time for Google to re-crawl and re-index.
