installation problems. otgs installer won't activate

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You cannot activate the OTGS Installer plugin and when trying to download the WPML Multi CMS plugin manually, it only downloads an HTML file.
Solution:
The OTGS Installer plugin cannot be activated because the core plugin is already active. In this scenario, the installer is not required as it is only necessary for the initial setup.

Are you currently using Safari? I have seen a very similar issue before that only occurred in that browser. milcoP	Thank you. I installed the WPML multilingual CMS plugin and string translator, but the OTGS installer still doesn't activate. Does that matter? For what do I need this plugin anyway?
