Hi,
We have created a custom post type called “Products”, but it is not translating automatically. At the moment, we have to translate it manually. Could you please take a look and help us resolve this issue?
We are about to launch our website and are currently stuck because of this problem.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!

A question:

By translating "manually" do you mean that the content needs to be translated with the WordPress-Editor or are you able to see the title, content and fields of your products when opening the translation inside the WPML Translation Editor?

It would also be very helpful if you could send us the WPML troubleshooting information.

More information can be found here:

Best regards
Andreas
