This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client's logo does not show after translating their site using WPML.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend the following steps:
1. Visit https://www.wpml.org/account/sites and delete the URL. Then, add it back to generate a new site key.
2. Navigate to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial in your WordPress dashboard and click the link to unregister WPML from your site. You will then see the field where you can enter the new site key to re-register.
3. Switch to the secondary language using the top admin bar.
4. Go to Appearance → Editor and delete the translated template entry for the secondary language only.
5. Visit WPML -> Translation Dashboard and retranslate the template.
If the translated page was created before the template translation finished, it might be stuck on the default template. In this case, resend/re-translate the page after the template translation is completed.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Logo not show after translation

After further troubleshooting, there are a few next steps to try.

First, please go to http://www.wpml.org/account/sites and delete the URL. Then add it back. this will generate a new site key.

Then, go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial and click the link to unregister WPML from your site. You will then see the field where you can enter the new site key to re-register the new key.

Once this is done, try these steps:

1. Switch to the secondary language (top admin bar)
2. Go to Appearance → Editor
3. Delete the translated template entry there (secondary language only)
4. Go to WPML -> Translation Dashboard and retranslate the template again

If the translated page was created/translated before the template translation finished, the translated page can end up stuck on the default template. In that case, re-send/re-translate the page after the template translation is completed.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue for you.
