Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where new files introduced in media translation save correctly but do not reflect changes on the website.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to address this issue:
1. Ensure that the file is correctly uploaded and saved in the WPML Media Translation interface.
2. Verify that the file is linked to the correct page or post where it should appear.
3. Clear any cache on your site that might be preventing the updated file from displaying.
4. Check if the issue persists on different browsers or in incognito mode to rule out browser-specific caching issues.
If these steps do not resolve the problem, it might be due to a specific configuration or an outdated solution. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

I had a chat with Lucas Vidal de Andrade, and it was working with him, but it isn't with me.
so, now when I introduce a new file in media translation, it saves, but doesn't reflect on the site.

now, it let me save the new file, but says Portuguese and not the English version
