Solution:
We recommend the client to provide more details about the problem they are facing, including screenshots if possible, to help us understand the issue better. Additionally, we ask the client to provide WPML Debug Information to give us a better overview of the site and system. Once the client has gathered this information, they should paste it into the debug information box in their next response to us. This will enable us to offer more specific assistance.
