Problem:
The client is trying to translate property posts on their website but is encountering issues.

Solution:
We recommend the client to provide more details about the problem they are facing, including screenshots if possible, to help us understand the issue better. Additionally, we ask the client to provide WPML Debug Information to give us a better overview of the site and system. Instructions on how to obtain this information can be found here: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.

Once the client has gathered this information, they should paste it into the debug information box in their next response to us. This will enable us to offer more specific assistance.

If the solution provided here is not relevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we suggest opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please contact us in the WPML support forum.

If you can share some screenshots, that will help understand the issue better. The more details you can provide, the better positioned I'll be to offer you the appropriate assistance.

Apart from that, please also add the WPML Debug Information so that I can get a better overview of the site and system. To understand how you can get the debug info, please check this link: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Once you have the information, paste it into the debug information box that you'll see in the next response. I will check and let you know what to do next.
