While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly. I am not sure, but could be that sorting in AR is not the same as in English. I advise to disable WPML plugins, set your website as AR as default from WP settings and check if same issue happens. If yes, then this is related to WP adn your theme, sorting for AR language, not much we can do. If it happens when only WPML is enabled, let us know and we will be glad to help further.
