This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with translating their website using WPML. Specifically, some English text remains on the Polish translated homepage, and the 'more info' button of the Divi Events Calendar is not translated on the Polish homepage, although it is translated on the Polish agenda page.
Solution:
1. Ensure that all WPML plugins are updated to the latest versions by navigating to Plugins > Add New > Commercial and clicking 'Check for updates'.
2. Create a backup of the website before making any changes.
3. Go to the Dutch homepage, make a minor edit (e.g., add 'TEST' to the page title), save the changes, and then click to re-translate. Ensure that the Dutch shows in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) and that it is translated.
4. After these steps, the support team performed some troubleshooting cleanup steps and retranslated the page, which resolved the issue.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
