I understand the issue you're having. What you're experiencing could be related to how the content is being processed and stored in the WPML ATE. When content is translated in ATE, it may sometimes strip formatting, especially if the translation is done in bulk or if there are differences in how the content is structured.
When the translation editor loads, could you please disable the "bigger segment" option, as shown in this screenshot (hidden link), and then check if the issue persists? Additionally, you may need to make a minor adjustment to the paragraph in the default language, save the changes, and then proceed to update the translation to see if this option has any effect.
I would also like to inform you that I compared both the default and Russian versions of the page you shared, but I couldn't identify any differences in the paragraph layout. Everything appears to be displaying correctly in the Russian language. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
