This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to update the translation of articles using the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE), but it is not opening and keeps loading indefinitely.
Solution:
We recommend making a small change to the original page. This action should create a new job ID, which might resolve the issue of the ATE not opening. After making this change, try opening the ATE again to see if the issue is resolved.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to update the translation of articles using the ATE. Here is the link to the page where the issue can be seen: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The ATE is not opening anymore. Instead of opening, it keeps loading without end.

Questions:
Why is the ATE not opening?
How can I fix the endless loading issue?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to WPML support! I’m here to help you out.

Can you make a tiny change to the original page and see if the editor opens up? If you make a small change, it’ll create a new job ID.

Let me know what you find!

Cheers
