Background of the issue:
I am trying to add translations to my website, which is originally in French. I want to add English and Hebrew.

Symptoms:
The principal language is not showing.

Questions:
Why is the principal language not showing?
How can I successfully add English and Hebrew translations?

While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly.

Please make sure to create a backup, before doing any actions, just in case.

Seems you have disabled French language. To fix, click the button to change default language and set it to some else, save and re-enable (re-add) French language. Now change default language again to French.
