This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using WPML 4.6.13 and the Advanced Translation Editor. Despite completing the translation manually and using translation memory, the progress bar is stuck at 97%. The progress bar indicates there are 2 untranslated segments, but they do not show up in the editing screen. The client has tried clearing the WPML cache and using various options in the Troubleshooting panel, but nothing has resolved the issue.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Disable the option "I prefer bigger segments".
2. Enable "Use the previous version of WPML editor". This should make the supposedly untranslated segments appear in orange.
3. After verifying and translating these segments, re-enable "Use the latest version of WPML editor".
This workaround should mark the translation as 100% completed without losing any translations.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am using WPML 4.6.13 and the Advanced Translation Editor to complete translations on my site hidden link. Despite completing the translation manually and using translation memory, the progress bar is stuck at 97%.

Symptoms:
The progress bar indicates there are 2 untranslated segments, but they do not show up in the editing screen. I have tried clearing the WPML cache and using various options in the Troubleshooting panel, but nothing helps.

Questions:
Why is the translation progress bar stuck at 97% even though all segments appear to be completed?
How can I resolve the issue of the untranslated segments not showing up in the editing screen?

Hello,

Ok, the workaround worked, the translation is now marked as 100% completed.

Steps:
1. Disabling "I prefer bigger segments"
2. Enabling "Use the previous version of WPML editor"
3. Supposedly untranslated segments now show up in orange (customized URLs in my case)
4. Re-enabling "Use the latest version of WPML editor"

I feared to loose some translations by switching the WPML editor version back and forth, it has not been not the case apparently.

It still means there's an issue with the new editor.
