This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You made translations for the home page to French on your site, but after refreshing, the translations disappeared. Solution: If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps: 1. Make a small modification to the original page. 2. Save the changes. 3. Open the WPML Translation Editor. 4. Complete the translation.

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible—in order to be of better help. When you log in to leave your next reply, you will find the needed fields below the comment area. The information you will enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.
It looks good now; your homepage has been translated into French.
I have completed the following steps:
1. Made a slight change to the title, updated the page, reverted the changes, and updated it again. This process helps to trigger any changes in the original page that need to be included in the translation.
2. Accessed the WPML translation editor, translated the page into French, and completed the translation.
3. The French translation shows as completed, and the French homepage is now visible on the frontend.
Additionally, I have added an extra 2000 credits to your site.
