Translation is stack at "In progress" even though the page is 100% translated

The issue can be seen at the following link: hidden link Die Symptome: The translation is stuck at 'In progress' even though the page is 100% translated. Instead of seeing the translated home page, I got a 404 error. Fragen: Why is the translation stuck at 'In progress'? How can I resolve the 404 error when accessing the translated home page?
