I am trying to change my website's internal URLs to Arabic URLs. I attempted to do this manually, but it is not working. Additionally, some forms are creating issues after converting to Arabic. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

As for the URL not pointing to the correct URL here hidden link , please check the links in the Advanced Translation Editor as shown in the attached screenshot and correct it.
I am facing the following issues.Check attachment for your reference.
The menu navigation sidebar is not translating, and there is no option to add translated content.
On every single service page, both the Professional Service sidebar and the Timing sidebar are not translating.
At the bottom of each page, the appointment form appears in English on some pages and in Arabic on others, causing inconsistency.
