I also translated my products but it doesn't work. On this page hidden link, do you want me to give you access and you can log in to the admin panel and solve the problem?

Thanks for your reply.

I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve checked your setup and noticed that the required plugin for translating WooCommerce products isn’t installed.

Please follow the steps in our documentation here to get started: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/

I just checked, but it's not working, meaning the site language changes and the products aren't displayed. I also sent you a photo.

Thanks for your reply. It looks like you're behind a cache or something. Try using another browser and let me know how it goes. This screen recording is what I'm getting when I switch languages hidden link

I just tried with another browser but it didn't work. Please check if the problem is with the cache and solve it yourself. If not, please search to see where the problem is and solve it. Thank you very much.

Thanks for getting back to me. I’m unable to reproduce the issue on my side, and I’ve also tested it on another computer without any problems. I’ve gone ahead and disabled the cache plugin.

Could you please try opening this link in an incognito window and let me know if the issue persists?

At the moment, I can’t troubleshoot further unless I’m able to replicate the issue from my end.

Thanks for your reply. The products are showing up correctly here on multiple browsers, as shown in the attached screenshot. I suspect server cache and could you reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to clear the server cache?

Let me know how it goes.

It brings up the products in the new incognito window but not in the regular window. What is the problem?

The problem is solved. The only problem is that now anyone who wants to see it has to clear the cache. What should I do so that users can see the products after translation without having to clear their cache?
