This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client had updated the footer address details in the Divi theme builder, but the old address text remained visible on the translation pages. Additionally, the 'View original version' link led to a non-existent page.
Solution:
We recommend checking the following URLs to delete the old templates:
- Footer: yourdomain/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=et_footer_layout
- Header: yourdomain/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=et_header_layout
- Body: yourdomain/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=et_body_layout
Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If after trying the suggested steps the issue persists, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
