Background of the issue:
I am trying to set up the WPML plugin and have reached point number 4 of the procedure under 'ai translation'. After filling out the form, the page reloads without advancing the setup. The console shows an API authentication error with an invalid signature. The issue can be seen at the following URL: hidden link.
Symptoms:
The page reloads without advancing the setup after filling out the form. The console shows a 403 error with the message: 'Api authentication error invalid signature'.
Questions:
Why does the page reload without advancing the setup?
How can I resolve the API authentication error with the invalid signature?
If possible, please verify that our servers are whitelisted to make sure that a firewall is not blocking the request.

If that does not work I'd like to expedite the process and take a closer look at the backend.

I can verify that there is no block from our side, and I've also done multiple tests on the site.
At the momnent it points to Kinsta (known for higher security protocols when it comes to connections), if possible, please ask them to just whitelist the IPs from the URLs shared and let me know your results.
