Hello,

I am opening this ticket from a new WPML.org account, as the automatic translation issue has occurred again on another site.

For full context:

- The same issue previously occurred on one of our websites under the WPML account registered with
bodzay.aron@ghibli.hu
- That case was already reported and discussed with your support team here:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/automatic-translation-credits-assigned-to-old-wpml-account-after-hellowp-migration/#post-17810229
- Now, with a different website and a completely new WPML.org registration, using
gergo@optinvest.eu, the exact same problem appears again

In both cases, the automatic translation setup behaves the same way and does not work as expected, following the same pattern as described in the linked ticket.

I have already reported this issue from the bodzay.aron@ghibli.hu account, and now I am reporting it again from this gergo@optinvest.eu account as well.
Please investigate these cases together if possible, as they appear to be related.

Let me know if you need any additional information from my side.

Thank you for looking into this as soon as possible.

Best regards,
Bence Németh

Hello,

Could you please let us know how much longer the ATE alias removal will take?

This is quite urgent for us, as we need to start translating the site as soon as possible, and at the moment we are blocked.

We would really appreciate any update or estimated timeframe.

Thank you in advance.

Thanks for your reply. We should have some feedback for you later today.

In the meantime, you should be able to assign the credits to your domain (hidden link) and continue working on the translations.

Are you experiencing any issues when assigning the credits to the domain? Or are you seeing any specific error messages during the process? If so, please share the exact error and a screenshot if possible, and I’ll be happy to check further.

Thank you for your update.

Unfortunately, the issue is still present.

The credits are currently assigned to other alias domains instead of hidden link, which prevents us from using them properly for this site.

I am attaching a screenshot that clearly shows the current credit assignment and the alias domain linkage.

Could you please check whether the ATE alias mapping has been fully removed on your side? It seems that the domains are still linked in the system.

This is blocking our translation work, so we would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance.

Thank you for your assistance so far.

Could you please let us know what the expected timeframe is for resolving the ATE alias and credit assignment issue?

This is quite urgent for us, as we need to start translating the English version of the site as soon as possible, and currently we are blocked.

We would greatly appreciate any update or estimated resolution time.

At this point, we would specifically like to speak with Noman regarding this issue.

He handled a very similar case for us previously and resolved it within 15 minutes. Since this appears to be the same ATE alias / credit linkage problem, we believe this can be addressed quickly by someone already familiar with it.

Unfortunately, we cannot continue waiting, as we urgently need to start translating the English version of the site and this issue is blocking our work.

Please escalate this to Noman or someone from the same technical level as soon as possible.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Thank you for the update.

However, we still have not received any further feedback since the escalation to 2nd Tier Support.

Could you please let us know how much longer we are expected to wait and when we can receive actual assistance on this matter?

This issue is currently blocking our work, and we urgently need to proceed with the English translation of the site.

We would greatly appreciate a concrete update or estimated timeframe.

Thanks for your reply. While waiting for feedback from our 2nd Tier Support. I'm going to try to remove the connection between the domains.

Thank you, we appreciate your effort to remove the connection between the domains. We are very much looking forward to this being resolved.

In the meantime, we kindly ask you to restore the 90,000 credits back to the account balance and not keep them assigned to any specific domain until all unintended domain connections have been fully removed.

This will help us avoid further conflicts while the cleanup is in progress.

Thank you for your support — we are waiting for your confirmation.

Thanks for your reply. I've moved the 90k credits back to your account. Could you please create a new sitekey for hidden link in https://wpml.org/account/sites/ . You can remove and recreate a new one. Then, share it with me here.

I'm waiting for your reply.

It looks like I might have fixed it. Now I'm waiting for your new sitekey so that I can complete the registration for hidden link
