Problem:
You are unable to process a payment for WPML's automatic translations because the 'Pay Now' button in the Translation Dashboard is not working, even after updating your credit card information.
Solution:
We recommend checking your email inbox for any messages from 'Stripe' or 'Onthegosystems' as we have initiated the charge for the due amount. You should find a payment link in one of these emails to proceed with the payment. If you cannot find the email or the link does not resolve the issue, please visit our support forum and open a new ticket. Additionally, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
