I want to bulk update prices of products using the WP All export and import function. When i export and then try to import the changed file i get an error: "Certain columns are required to be present in your file to enable it to be re-imported with WP All Import. These columns are missing. Re-export your file using WP All Export, and don't delete any of the columns when editing it. Then, re-import will work correctly." I did only change the price of the file nothing else. I already tried adding the WPML translation ID and WPML language code but that does not seem to help. Can you help me how to bulk update the prices of products with multiple languages?

Thank you in advance.

Hello there,

Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'd be happy to assist you on this issue.

To determine if the error message you're encountering is related to WPML, I recommend disabling WPML temporarily, updating the price once, and sharing the results with us.

Additionally, we have recently released a new version of WPML plugins. Could you please ensure that you have updated your plugins to the latest version and inform me if this resolves the issue?

Please note that our WPML updates are rolled out gradually. If your websites haven't received this update yet, kindly exercise patience, and it should become available within the next few days.

If you wish to expedite the update process and receive it immediately, you can follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Plugins → Add New page.
2. Select the Commercial tab.
3. Then, click the "Check for updates" button.
[Insert URL to the image guide here]

As a precautionary measure, please remember to create a backup before proceeding with the update.

We eagerly await your response.

Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for your message.

I updated to the most recent version of WPML but the problem was the same.

I disabled the WPML plugin (WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency, WPML All Import, WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML string translation) and made an export, changed the price and then tried to import but i still got the same error message.

Kind regards.

I can update the prices if i just create a new import with existing items. I will use this method for now. ( hidden link)

Thank you.
